Hundreds of students
Active participation

Years of teaching management, logistics and process improvement in Polish — combining creative project work with practical analytical skills.

Years of teaching

Hundreds
of students

Across years of teaching and multiple subjects, I have worked with hundreds of students. My academic experience also includes scholarly publications and coordinating a communication-related specialisation within pedagogy.

Social communication was a focus of my five years of pedagogy studies. It shaped my interest in how people learn together, explain ideas and take part in a discussion. In teaching, I combined that perspective with each subject’s learning outcomes — from semester-long projects to calculations, decision methods and process optimisation.

Team projectsMeeting facilitationPresentations

Students developed solutions over a semester, working in teams formed using Belbin Team Roles. Projects brought together collaboration, creative problem-solving and the presentation of data and ideas.

I created opportunities to move beyond familiar classroom roles: facilitating meetings, presenting to a group, explaining decisions and using modern project-management tools. These activities encouraged students to take on unfamiliar responsibilities and build confidence through practice.

The process of working together mattered alongside the final output. Students practised organising their work, contributing to a shared solution and explaining what they had developed. Presenting evidence and justifying a decision were part of learning to use the knowledge, as well as communicate it.

Production indicatorsEquipment allocationAHP

Alongside project work, students practised hard skills: calculating production indicators, allocating equipment, using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to support decisions and applying methods for business and production process optimisation.

The balance depended on the course. My aim was to connect active participation and independent thinking with the analytical tools needed in modern organisations.
